John Corbett is terrific in the movie as Pastor Michael as is Barry Corbin who plays a gruff but kind farmer that helps out just when its needed the most. The story is uplifting.

All Saints Episcopal Church is nearly empty on Sunday mornings anyway.

. The strong Christian faith in the movie which leads to signs and wonders is to be applauded. Nothing truly stands out as extremely amazing about the film but neither is there anything horrible. All Saints is the true story of Michael Spurlock an Episcopalian Anglican priest who was sent to close down a failing church but ended up saving it with the help of Karen refugees.

Pastor Michael Spurlock has a simple job. When a group of Burmese refugees join the congregation the pastor of a failing Anglican church attempts to aid them by planting crops and enlisting the help of the community. We are more than happy to award the film our Faith-Friendly Seal for all ages.

Its not a big action adventure but the jeopardy is intense and the dialogue is real. Directed by Steve Gomer. Everything good that happens in All Saints is because of the intentions and hard work of others and the film wisely never makes too big a deal of it.
